Be sure to...
* Wear shorts and a t/shirt or tank top- no pants please
* Avoid eating a HEAVY meal 2-3 hours before class begins,
however for morning classes please eat something light, such as a banana or an orange, so you have energy for class.
* Drink plenty of water before and after class.
* A yoga mat, towel and water is all you need in class.

Studio towels can be rented for $1.00.
Mats can also be rented for $1.00
Water and other beverages can be purchased at the studio.
